The apartment was super clean and had everything we needed. The bedroom even had air-conditioning, so we could chill after a long day of exploring. The best part was Petra, the owner, she was so cool and made us feel at home. The kitchen had all the stuff we needed, even a dishwasher! And we could see the sea from our balcony, so we felt like true beach bums!
The only thing we wished for was more fun activities for party-loving teenagers. But honestly, it wasn't a big deal because we had a blast exploring all that Zadar had to offer.

Comfortable and quiet apartment with balcony. Fully equipped kitchen. Very friendly and helpful owners, good communication. Fresh fruit juice in fridge. Owner offers cheap city tour in own taxi.

Very clean and cozy apartment. Stable and fast WIFI. Excellent location with easy access to the city center. Friendly and attentive owner who speaks English. Air conditioning in the kitchen. Refreshing welcome treats and departure gift. Highly recommended.

Visited the famous Sea Organ and Greeting to the Sun, divine! Took the bus to explore the charming Old Town. Free parking saved me a headache. Enjoyed the hot tub and BBQ.

The apartment was very clean and cozy, with all necessary facilities and utensils. The owners of the house were incredible and very kind people, always ready to help and support. The balcony was spacious with a distant sea view, perfect for sunbathing and enjoying meals. The location was great, with a fantastic restaurant and a winery within a few minutes' walk. The apartment was also close to the beach and a short bus ride away from the Old Town.
Felt very secure, no complaints.

our stay at borik hills was even better than our previous visit to zadar. the location was perfect with a short walk to a fantastic restaurant and the marina. the apartment was clean, spacious, and had a huge balcony with a distant sea view. the owners were incredibly kind and helpful, making our stay memorable.

Mind-blowing apartment with jaw-dropping amenities! Super clean and well-equipped, with free parking and amazing air conditioning. The hosts surprised us with complimentary wine and water in the fridge. Close to a grocery store, only a short walk to the beach and a quick bus ride to Old Town. The owners are incredibly nice and even offer affordable taxi services. The outside area is fantastic, with plenty of shade and a lovely pool. Restaurants and bars nearby. Highly recommend for a memorable stay!

Our stay at Borik Hills was fantastic. The apartment was well equipped and reasonably clean. We especially appreciated the free parking in front of the house and the air-conditioning in the room. The hosts provided us with a thoughtful welcome package of wine and water in the fridge. Despite the minor inconvenience of thin walls and a jacuzzi with limited privacy, we still had a great time. we highly recommend Borik Hills for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
